James joined O'Hara Properties & Estates at the beginning of 2026 as our Sales Operations Manager, bringing with him more than 35 years of experience in the property industry. Having built a successful career with some of the UK's largest estate agency brands, James has a wealth of knowledge across residential sales, branch operations, business development and customer service.

His appointment marked an exciting step in the growth of O'Hara Properties & Estates, helping transform the agency from a complementary service into a fully established business in its own right. James has been instrumental in refining processes, implementing best practice and building the foundations for long-term growth, while ensuring clients continue to receive the personal service that defines the O'Hara brand.

With a practical, hands-on approach and an in-depth understanding of the local property market, James is committed to helping buyers and sellers enjoy a seamless moving experience. His leadership, industry expertise and passion for delivering results make him an integral part of the team.

Away from the office, James enjoys action-packed weekends with his family, making the most of every opportunity to get outdoors and spend quality time together.

Virginia is one of the Directors of O'Hara Properties & Estates and has been part of the family business since 2008. After obtaining her LLB, she joined the firm and has developed extensive experience within the residential conveyancing department, where she continues to support the team and clients throughout the property transaction process.

Having spent many years working alongside experienced conveyancing professionals, Virginia has built a strong understanding of the legal aspects of buying and selling property. Her organised approach, attention to detail and commitment to delivering a positive client experience make her a valued member of the conveyancing team.

Outside of work, Virginia enjoys spending quality time with her young family, dining out and catching up with friends.

Robert is one of the Directors of O'Hara Solicitors and O'Hara Properties & Estates, as well as an experienced Private Client Solicitor. Since becoming Managing Partner in 2018, he has played a pivotal role in transforming the business, leading the firm's modernisation while preserving the family values and personal service that have been at the heart of O'Hara for over 50 years.

Under Robert's leadership, the solicitors firm has grown significantly, expanding a small Private Client offering into one of its core departments and laying the foundations for a thriving Family Law team. He continues to drive the strategic direction of the business, overseeing the growth and development of both the legal practice and O'Hara Properties & Estates, ensuring the Group continues to evolve while maintaining the high standards of service clients have come to expect.

Known for his approachable leadership style, Robert is highly respected by both colleagues and clients alike. His commitment to delivering exceptional client care, investing in his team and embracing innovation has helped shape a modern, forward-thinking firm that remains firmly rooted in its local community. Whether supporting clients through important life decisions or guiding the long-term vision of the business, Robert is passionate about creating an experience built on trust, professionalism and genuine care.

Outside of work, Robert enjoys spending quality time with his young family, watching sport and unwinding with a good film – he's a self-confessed movie buff.
